Shipping

1. Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

2. Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email support@sedwes.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

3. Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

4. Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via support@sedwes.com
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yoursel

5. My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
Contact us at support@sedwes.com as soon as possible.

6. I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via support@sedwes.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.

 

Delivery

1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are estimated due to your location and the order’s Weight. The minimum shipping fee will be $5.99.

2. Which countries do you ship to?
Currently it is mainly shipped to the United States, but other European regions can also be shipped.

3. How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.

4. How long does shipping take?
Standard: 15-25 business days

The above time frame only applies to orders sent to the U.S. by standard shipping ("days" here is "business days")
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and delivery time frame.
Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers and delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed slightly. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Holiday shipping: Due to certain U.S. and International Holidays, orders may take longer to ship out, especially in peak seasons.
International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We do not influence the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
